Unicorn Cosmetics: Return and Refund Policy
At Unicorn Cosmetics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with all our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the return and refund policies outlined below.
1. Terms and Conditions for Returns
The customer has the right to return or exchange a product according to the following conditions:
A. Return Period
Unused or Non-Defective Products: Products may be returned within (14 days) from the date the order was received.
Defective or Damaged Products: Customer service must be notified within (48 hours) of the time of receipt.
B. Returned Product Condition
The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and wrapping, unused, unopened, and its contents unchanged.
The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be included.
Products that cannot be returned: For public health reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return process, please follow these steps:

Approval: After reviewing the request, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Inspection: Once the returned product is received, the Unicorn Cosmetics team will inspect it. The inspection process may take up to (3-5 business days).
Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, the refund process or the shipment of the replacement product will be initiated.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the original payment method (excluding shipping and delivery fees).
Time Required:
If payment was made via credit card, it may take between (7 to 14 business days) for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policy.
If payment was Cash on Delivery, the amount will be transferred to your bank account or e-wallet after obtaining your details.
Shipping Fees:
The original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on the part of Unicorn Cosmetics, we will cover all shipping and return costs.
If the return is for other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping fees.
4. Cancellation
The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and the shipping fee conditions mentioned above will apply.
